Usage process
From information to exercises, it is completed in four steps.
Importing is just the beginning. Put review before publishing so that questions, answers, and exercise records have their own basis.
Prepare your own DOCX data
Organize content according to questions, options, answers and analysis. Currently, single-choice, multiple-choice and true-false questions are supported; you can download the sample first, confirm the document format and then import it.
After importing, review the problematic items in a centralized manner
Check the analysis results, original text evidence and items to be confirmed, and correct the questions and answers. The recognition results require your confirmation. Uploading the file does not mean that the question bank is available.
Confirm and publish the question bank version
Publish the reviewed content into a practiceable version. Subsequent revisions will form a new version, retaining the questions and answers based on existing exercises.
Practice and come back to consolidate the mistakes
Press the question bank to practice on your computer or mobile phone to view the answers and analysis. Use practice records to review mistakes and turn the materials compiled once into a question bank that can be used repeatedly.

The questions in the download file are generic fictional examples and do not contain any user question banks. You can check the format first and then organize your own information.

Prepare your document using the example
Supports single-choice, multiple-choice and true-false questions, and a single DOCX does not exceed 20 MB.
Please save the old version of DOC as DOCX in Word or WPS. Changing the suffix directly will have no effect. After conversion, the questions still need to be organized according to examples, and there is no guarantee that all layouts can be recognized.
Check the question formatting requirements
- Write the question number directly before the question stem, such as "1. Question content". Please enter the question number manually, do not just use Word’s automatic numbering.
- Each option has its own paragraph, starting with A., B., C., etc. letters. Press Enter to change paragraphs between the question stem, options, answers, and explanations.
- Use the literal Chinese marker 答案： after each question: 答案：A for one answer, 答案：AC for multiple answers (no separators), or 答案：正确 / 答案：错误 for true / false. Keep these format markers unchanged; question text and options can be in English. Do not rely only on color or highlighting.
- An explanation is optional. Start a new paragraph with the literal marker 解析： followed by your explanation in English or another source language. The current DOCX parser does not recognize translated Answer: or Explanation: labels. Fill-in-the-blank, short-answer and [T]/[D] bank formats need conversion to the example format.

Candidate questions will be generated after importing. Please review the question stem, options and answers against the original text before publishing the question bank.
Review example
The question has been identified and the answer needs to be confirmed.
The following is an example of manual verification, not a screenshot of an uploaded system error. Please compare the candidate questions with the original text one by one and confirm before publishing.
The options are not all in order, are they in the correct order?
"How many days are there in a week?" There should be three options: A. five days, B. seven days, and C. nine days. If two options are squeezed into the same section, press Enter in the original file to segment first; still make sure they are independent options after importing.
Does the answer point to the correct option?
You should choose B for this multiple choice question. If the original text only marks "seven days" in red, add "Answer: B" instead of relying on color alone to express the answer. If the question stem and options are correct but the answer is A, you still need to review it based on the original text and the meaning of the question, and you cannot publish it directly just because it was successfully imported.
Have the multiple-choice and true-false questions been checked completely?
The answer to the even-numbered question in the example is AC, that is, selecting both 2 and 4; selecting only A will miss one correct option. The answer to the true or false question "A triangle has three sides" is "Correct". The analysis should also be checked together to avoid changing the answers and retaining the old content in the explanations.

Does Learnweft include ready-made question banks?
Use learning materials you own or have permission to use. Import a DOCX file, review the questions, then publish and practice. Do not upload materials without permission.
Why does it need to be reviewed after importing?
Document layout and answer formats vary, and automatic parsing may miss or misjudge answers. Review the original text evidence and question items, confirm the answers before publishing, so that subsequent exercises can use the content you approve of.
Will the imported question bank become a public page?
Product information and sample files are public. Your question banks, learning records and management pages require sign-in. Your content is not automatically added to public product pages.
Will the changes proposed by the agent directly cover the question bank?
Agent-assisted modification follows the process of first viewing the changes and then confirming. Adjustments involving questions and answers still require manual judgment, and the generated content should not be regarded as standard answers that do not require review.
