Learnweft User Agreement

1. Confirmation and scope of the agreement

This agreement is an agreement between you and 成都一个蘑科技有限公司 regarding the use of Learnweft services. Accessing or using functions that require login means that you have read and agreed to this Agreement and the "Learnweft Privacy Policy".

If you do not agree with any of the content, please stop logging in, uploading information or continuing to use the service. Minors should use it after their guardian has read and agreed.

2. Service content

Learnweft provides DOCX question bank import, candidate question review, question version release, practice scoring, incorrect question consolidation and related data management capabilities. Specific functions, supported formats, capacity and available range are subject to the actual page.

Enterprise software services are billed based on a single organization, the number of enterprise members, and the service period. Whether it is open for purchase depends on the actual page. Prices, benefits, target organizations and service rules are displayed separately before purchasing. Merely reading this agreement will not incur a payment obligation. Standard business portals share rights, and CLI/MCP and other capabilities are used according to the delivered scope; AI, manual agency and customized integration are billed separately.

The official self-service package is for 100 or 300 corporate members. For more than 300 people, you must contact sales to confirm the capacity, quotation and examination arrangements. Self-service payment is not available. The actual purchase packages and account qualifications are subject to verification on the current page and the server. The displayed price does not mean that it is currently available for purchase. The number of people includes the person in charge, administrators, ordinary members and members to be activated. Deactivating members releases quota but retains history, and rechecks capacity when restoring; new additions and imports cannot exceed the number of people in the package. The administrator determines the participants for each exam. The number of exams, exam openings, and paper submissions do not consume additional package quotas. The question bank, file and storage limits are subject to the activation instructions, and unlimited capacity is not promised.

The price of the experience package is RMB 0.10, which supports 1 enterprise, 5 members and 1 hour of continuous service. The scope of purchase is determined by the current sales status and server qualification verification: when it is on public sale, accounts that meet the organization's creation or renewal qualifications can purchase it; the controlled testing phase is only open to authorized accounts, and cannot be purchased when it is not open. It can be purchased repeatedly. Each successful activation is effective for 1 hour from that time. The remaining time does not accumulate and the member capacity does not accumulate. The experience package will not cover the official package or historical authorization; the experience organization can switch to the official package based on the current purchase qualifications. The official service period will start immediately after activation, and the remaining time of the experience package will not be added.

The formal package will take effect immediately after successful activation; the activity package is for 30 consecutive days, and the annual package is for one calendar year. The renewal of the official package with the same capacity is postponed from the end of the current continuous service, and the member capacity does not overlap; the one-time purchase does not include automatic deduction for renewal. Cross-level adjustments to official packages will be manually accepted and verified by the platform, and the difference will not be automatically compensated.

Full refund for orders that were not successfully activated. For orders that have been opened, the actual payment will be refunded in proportion to the remaining service time when the refund application is received, rounded down to the nearest cent, and the discount will not be deducted. We will respond within 3 working days to verify the progress; refund will be made via the original method after manual verification, and the arrival time will be processed according to the payment channel. Refunds do not automatically delete business data. These rules do not affect any other rights to refund or compensation that may be enjoyed by law.

Currently, invoices cannot be provided. Enterprises with invoicing needs should contact us first for confirmation and do not pay directly; this reminder does not affect the rights enjoyed by the law.

The upper limit of a single DOCX file is 20 MiB, and a maximum of 20,000 candidate questions can be imported at a time; members can upload single worksheets XLSX, with an upper limit of 2 MiB, and 500 people; the maximum number of people on a single exam list is 1,000, and no additional package quota is consumed. The JSON export of the old synchronization organization has a maximum limit of 10,000 lines per category. Exceeding the limit will be explicitly rejected; the new versioned shard migration supports questions, original documents, and member positions. The results must be pre-checked, confirmed, and checked. Historical exams, answers, and learning facts are only archived. New migration packages are capped at 1,000,000 rows, 5 GiB, and these processing limits are not equal to plan storage or production hosting guarantees. The total volume of the question bank, total storage and peak production must be confirmed before activation, and unlimited capacity is not promised.

Capacity, batch import and support requirements can be submitted through the official website contact page, and specific service arrangements must be manually confirmed.

After the organization service expires, new exam openings and other service writing operations will be stopped. Exams that have already started can be completed according to the original deadline. The organization's business data is retained for 12 calendar months, during which it can be authorized to be viewed, exported, and notified before cleaning. The retention period will be recalculated after renewal and service resumption; this rule does not change the rules for independent retention of payment facts and audit records.

3. Account and security

• When you log in through the unified account service, you should provide true, legal and available account information, and keep your login credentials properly.
• In principle, the account is for personal use only. When abnormal logins, credential leaks or unauthorized operations are discovered, you should exit the relevant session as soon as possible and handle it through the account security portal that will be opened later.
• You are responsible for the uploading, review, publishing, practice and authorization operations that occur under your account, unless it can be proven that there are system vulnerabilities or illegal use by others.
• Logging out only ends the current session and does not mean deleting the question bank data or logging out of the unified account.

4. Content you upload and rights guarantee

You retain the legal rights to the DOCX, titles and edited content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, including storage, parsing, structuring, display, backup and deletion according to your instructions, solely for the purpose of providing the ordering services. This license does not give us ownership rights in the content.

Before uploading, you should confirm that you own the corresponding content or have obtained the authorization required for copying, organizing and personal study. You are not allowed to upload materials that infringe upon copyrights, trade secrets, personal privacy or other legitimate rights and interests, nor are you allowed to upload content that is illegal, harmful or irrelevant to the purpose of the question bank.

Learnweft treats the question bank as your private content by default. We will not make it public unless you actively share it, authorize external agents, cooperate with the competent authorities in accordance with the law, or when necessary to ensure security.

5. Analysis, Judgment and AI Boundary

Differences in the structure and formatting of DOCX may result in incomplete identification of question stems, options, answers, or original text locations. You should review the candidate questions before official release; the analysis results provided by Zixu do not constitute a guarantee of the accuracy of the data.

Objective questions are scored according to the set of answers in the published version. When the information itself, standard answers or question types are incorrectly set, the scoring results may also be affected. ZhiXu is a learning aid and does not promise exam results, qualifications or performance improvements.

Currently normal import does not automatically call external generative AI. The analysis, answer suggestions and modification proposals provided by AI or Agent in the future are for reference only; unless explicitly stated on the page and confirmed by you, the official questions will not be automatically replaced.

6. Rules of use

• You may not use the service to create, store, or disseminate illegal content, or infringe on others' intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation, and business secrets.
• You are not allowed to bypass access control, detect other people's data, attack services, abuse interfaces in batches, interfere with task queues, or endanger system security.
• You are not allowed to impersonate others, resell unauthorized account access capabilities, or use automated means to cause resource consumption that clearly exceeds personal learning purposes.
• When authorizing an external Agent, the permissions and data scope should be limited, and the corresponding responsibility should be taken for the operations initiated by the Agent.

7. Intellectual property rights of Learnweft

Except for user content and content to which third parties have rights according to law, the rights to Learnweft’s software, interface, brand logo, product copywriting and service arrangement are owned by the operator or the corresponding rights holder. Rights marks may not be copied, sold, reverse exploited or removed without permission; except for normal browsing, caching and interoperability permitted by law.

8. Service changes and availability

We will try our best to keep the service stable, but upgrades, maintenance, network failures, third-party infrastructure abnormalities, force majeure or security incidents may cause short-term interruptions. We can adjust functions for security, compliance or product evolution, and will give reasonable reminders for long-term changes that significantly affect user rights.

You should retain independent copies of important original materials. Learnweft's versioning and backup capabilities are used to support product operation and should not be regarded as the only long-term archiving method.

9. Suspension, Termination and Cancellation

If you seriously violate this Agreement, endanger service security or infringe on the rights of others, we can restrict relevant functions, suspend account access or terminate Learnweft services, and retain necessary evidence where applicable.

The ability to cancel the account is handled by the unified account and subsequent site entrances. After completing effective cancellation, Learnweft business data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days in principle, and backup rotation may take up to 90 days; except for records that need to be retained according to law or necessary to resolve disputes.

10. Responsibility boundaries

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by errors in the original data uploaded by users, incomplete review, third-party Agent behavior, terminal or network failures. If the service has liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited according to law, this article will not affect your rights under the law.

If the content you upload or usage behavior causes a third party to make claims against the operator, you should cooperate to explain the source and bear the responsibilities that are owed to you according to the law.

11. Law application and dispute resolution

The formation, performance and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. When a dispute occurs, both parties shall first negotiate amicably; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where the operator is domiciled.

12. Agreement update and contact

When the service content or applicable rules change, we can update this agreement and modify the date shown on the page. Major changes will be notified through reasonable means such as page prompts. Your continued use of the service after the update takes effect will be deemed to have accepted the updated agreement.

The operating entity is Chengdu Yimiao Technology Co., Ltd. Account, complaint, privacy, after-sales and support needs can be submitted through the official website contact page, and the specific processing arrangements will be manually verified.
