Start with material you already use
You have a Word document containing questions, answers and explanations. It may support your own study or a recurring training session. Covering the answers works for a quick review, but repeated practice and employee assessments soon need more structure.
Learnweft helps turn that material into a bank you can maintain. In a personal space, review imports and practice in order, randomly or from mistakes. An organization adds shared banks, members, job positions and managed exams. This guide explains how to try those workflows with English content.
The starting point is your own material. Learnweft is not a promise of complete past-paper coverage or a substitute for checking source answers. If you need a full learning management system, monitored certification or a particular procurement guarantee, include that requirement in your selection rather than assuming a question-bank product supplies it.
Import a small English sample before your full bank
Use the English pilot guide and its twelve fictional questions. Upload the DOCX, compare the candidates with the supplied source, correct or exclude problems, then publish the import and a bank version. A successful upload alone does not make a usable bank.
Current imports support single choice, multiple choice and true-or-false questions. A DOCX may be up to 20 MiB and one import may produce up to 20,000 candidates. Begin with a few questions before considering those limits. They are file limits rather than a storage allowance or a production load guarantee.
There is a current preparation constraint for English documents: the parser uses literal markers such as 答案： for answers and 解析： for explanations, with 正确/错误 for true/false values. The downloadable English DOCX already includes them. Keep those markers when adapting the template. The product interface being English does not make arbitrary English answer headings recognizable.
Check the complete stem, options, answer identities and explanation for each candidate. In questions that refer to “option A” or “all of the above,” examine whether option order must remain fixed. Source evidence helps a reviewer locate an answer; it does not prove that the answer is correct.
Use personal practice to decide whether the bank is useful
Personal bank organization and practice are free. After publication, start a short practice session and check the feedback against the source. Deliberately answer one synthetic question incorrectly, then confirm that you can find it in mistake practice and see the intended explanation.
Start with material you own or are authorized to process. Free use does not include unlimited external AI, unlimited storage or ongoing human assistance. The product information, privacy policy and terms describe the current service.
You can open your personal space without buying an organization plan. Someone who needs only private study should evaluate that workflow separately from the employee-assessment products in our small-team selection guide.
Add an organization when people need a shared assessment
Organizations can maintain banks, import members, assign job positions and arrange exams using published bank versions. Administrators select the participants, set the availability window and individual time limit, control answer release and inspect results. Employees use their own identities to answer.
Capacity includes owners, administrators, regular members and members awaiting activation. An organization with 80 employees and one owner has 81 members occupying capacity. A 100-member plan is not 100 employees plus any number of managers. Suspending a member releases a place while retaining history, and reactivation checks capacity again.
A job position helps select participants but does not grant administrator permissions. Once a specified-member exam has its roster, later changes to a member's position do not automatically replace that roster. Check the actual names before publishing.
Repeated exams do not consume additional member places. Choose service duration separately, including preparation and retakes. The cost worksheet illustrates two short training periods and compares the different billing units used by other platforms.
Use AI assistance with a defined scope
An authorized assistant can help organize source material, prepare candidates and manage permitted organization operations through MCP. Human review still decides which questions to accept and when to publish. Employees answer formal exams themselves; management automation does not authorize an assistant to sit an exam or invent results.
The English AI walkthrough starts from the same public pilot files. It uses normal login, explicit organization authorization and previews before important writes. API integrations also need credentials with the actual target and permissions. The verified CLI management package is distributed through a controlled channel; do not assume a public package installation or every migration command is available.
Confirm the service conditions before a team purchase
The global website uses Cloudflare for its frontend and continues to share the existing backend and data service. It does not establish a separate overseas database or a particular data-residency commitment. Interface language, content language and service location are separate decisions.
Prices remain in CNY under the current offer. Check the actual payment methods, order eligibility, resource limits and service term on the pricing page; an English page does not promise international-card acceptance or a USD plan. Learnweft currently cannot issue invoices. Confirm that your finance and data requirements can be met before buying.
The short CNY 0.10 trial, where available, is for one organization, five members including the owner and one hour from successful activation. Prepare the files and participants first. For longer use, inspect formal plans and their expiry, export and refund conditions. Use explicit dates and the timezone shown in the exam form; changing the interface to English does not change a deadline.
Start with the English sample in a personal space. Move to a small organization rehearsal only after its questions and participation workflow are useful to you.
