# Harbor Studio rehearsal rules

These are fictional rules for a software demonstration. They do not describe a real workplace, qualification or safety standard.

1. A green tag means ready. An amber tag means review is needed. A red tag means hold the item and contact the coordinator.
2. A draft may be released only after a reviewer confirms the specific version. Uploading or opening a document does not approve it.
3. Editing approved content requires another review. Keep the earlier review decision and the final version identifier in the rehearsal record.
4. Record each handover in the Delivery ledger. Its required fields are the item code and handover date.
5. Keep access keys private. Never post them in public chat.

Read these rules before answering the twelve questions. The answer key in source-questions.json follows only these fictional rules.
